Terms of Sale
PAYMENT For locations within the United States:
Payments may be made by cash, personal or business check, cashiers check, postal money order, or our PayPal account at marshall@burdeent.com . To pay for a single item using PayPal, click on the Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!; button next to the item. We are in the process of adding the PayPal buy now option to all our pages. If the button is not yet available on an item you wish to purchase, please email us. If you wish to purchase multiple items, email you list to us and we will let you know what the shipping costs should be. We try to calculate as close to the actual shipping costs as possible. 

PayPal registration is free to buyers.

For international sales:
Payments may be made using cash in U.S. dollars, checks or money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. Dollars. PayPal is available for most international sales.

Make checks and money orders payable to Burde Enterprises and send to PO Box 1635, Jackson CA 95642. Please allow a few days for checks to be received, deposited and clear the bank.
SALES TAX California residents must pay sales tax of 7.25 % on the purchase price of the item. Do not include the shipping/handling fee in the tax. Provide California Resale Permit Number for sales tax exemption.
SHIPPING
AND
HANDLING		 Shipping and handling costs are $1.00 within the United States and Canada, or $2.00 outside the United States or Canada. If postal insurance is desired (United States only), add $1.30 for items valued up to $50. If purchasing multiple items, email us for total cost of shipping. We try to keep the shipping cost as economical as possible. Postal insurance is unavailable outside the United States.
GUARANTEE We try our best to fully describe each item honestly, highlighting any flaws in the description. If for some reason you feel the item was not as described, we offer a full refund if you contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item.
DISCLAIMER If more than one request for an item is received, the item will be sold to the first email request.
